On behalf of the City of Portage Parks Board, thank you to all who participated in this contest. Among the photos submitted, one overall first place winner and four honorable mentions were chosen.
Bill Emery was the first place winner. The Parks Board felt his entries showed the beauty of the parks and had a strong compositional component with the paths/water pulling in the viewer. Congratulations Bill!
